We have already said about the adjustment of the
chain saw carburetor. Today, we mainly talk about other problems of the chain saw carburetor and how to choose a chain saw brand. I think everyone wants that good chain saw, but so many brands do not know how to choose. Today, Hangzhou Longer Sawchain Co.,LTD will analyze it for you.
1. The gasoline saw has been replaced with a new carburetor and the cylinder will flood as soon as it is refueled?
It may be that dirt flowed into the carburetor when the chain saw was connected to the oil pipe or installed, and the needle valve was stuck, causing the oil level to be too high! The carburetor needs to be removed for cleaning! Don't think that the new one doesn't need to be washed. A small hair or a little debris in the tubing can cause the needle valve to fail.
2. What is the function of the negative pressure pipe on the chain saw carburetor?
The working principle of the chainsaw carburetor is:
When the oil bubble is pressed by hand, the air is discharged from the outlet of the oil-resistant rubber single-way valve, returned to the fuel tank, and then discharged from the air outlet of the fuel tank. At the same time, the rubber cover begins to recover, generating negative pressure, and the suction hole of the rubber cover cavity inhales, quantitatively The rubber side of the chamber is sucked together, the reed is compressed, and the oil outlet valve stem lifts the oil valve. At this time, the gasoline begins to flow to the oil inlet pipe, and is filtered from the pump oil chamber into the quantitative chamber, and then shunted by the single-way valve of the copper retaining ring. Entering the idle speed adjustment hole and low speed hole controlled by the idle speed screw adjustment, atomized gasoline appears. The other part enters the main nozzle controlled by the high-speed screw adjustment, and more atomized gasoline can appear; when the choke valve is closed, the engine can be started.
After the engine is working, there is a return hole on the side of the oil chamber of the carburetor pump, which goes straight to the crankcase. When the crankshaft rotates once, due to the upward and downward movement of the piston, the gas in the piston enters and exits the return hole, and continuously pushes the oil chamber of the carburetor pump. Diaphragm vibrates. Due to the action of the airflow, the flow rate of the incoming oil is accelerated, the speed of the oil out is accelerated, and the diaphragm of the quantitative chamber is also started to vibrate.
3. The gasoline saw cannot be started after refueling. What is the reason for it to start after a while?
There may be gas in the tubing! When you use it, don't run out of oil until you know how to refuel!
